ACD on Forcible Touching Charges

An 18-year old man was granted an adjournment in contemplation of dismissal (ACD) with 2-days of community service and immediate sealing on charges of forcible touching in Bronx Criminal Court. Now this young man can move forward with his life without the clout of criminal charges looming over him.

RAPE CHARGES DISMISSED

All charges dismissed against a Yonkers man charged in the Bronx with first degree rape. We worked hard to show prosecutors that our client was innocent and were ultimately successful getting all charges dismissed. Now our client can move on with his life and not have the stigma of a criminal prosecution looming over his head!
